NEMT OS is an end-to-end operations platform for Arizona AHCCCS providers, connecting trip scheduling, dispatch, live GPS, drivers, patients, vehicles, AHCCCS Daily Trip Report generation, payer billing rules, claims, EDI, and reporting in one workspace.
Does NEMT OS generate the AHCCCS Daily Trip Report automatically?
Yes. When a driver completes a trip, NEMT OS captures odometer readings, reason for visit, escort details, and electronic signatures, then auto-fills the AHCCCS Daily Trip Report. Round trips are combined into a single report per member per day, matching AHCCCS's requirements.
Do you support billing rules per payer?
Yes. Configure a payer directory with service types, HCPCS mappings, base and mileage rates, modifiers, rounding, and minimums so claims come out consistent before export.
